Automatic For The People
Everything that physically happens to us is automatically happening. This typing and your reading are the same machinations; nobody, no agency is behind it pulling the strings.

...it's all just arising and falling away, phenomena overwhelming, whelming; washing over. Not being held onto or pushed away.
Just being comfortable with whatever's coming up (however dramatic and energetic) means that whatever comes up has no teeth.

Identification with the Character
Your life is a sitcom. Don't pretend otherwise. Just enjoy the play and exaggerate it so that you see the plasticity of it. An actor playing an actor playing a role, all played by the same nobody.
Conditioning
The conditioning is very much a part of it. You need conditioning to do things like cut up food, analyse the stock market and cross the road. There is one specific area of conditioning that, when unfastened, blows the whole thing loose. That area is to do with personal identity and can be in-seen right here to be a fallacy. Every day, minute by minute, the universe is de-conditioning this particular aspect.
ME-ing
No need to refrain from the me-ing that inevitably happens. Allow it to happen as there is no choice in the matter. The truth is that the me-ing goes on but HAHAHA FOR NOBODY AHAHAHAHAH!
