...it's all just arising and falling away, phenomena overwhelming, whelming; washing over. Not being held onto or pushed away.
Just being comfortable with whatever's coming up (however dramatic and energetic) means that whatever comes up has no teeth.
It's a waste of energy to push anything down. You're a whale! let it blow!
