Basic Anxiety

Is a current which sometimes appears to flow through the thinking thing.

Feel its course deeply. Map its progress. Really appreciate its cadence and timbre and heavy vibration. It's dancing, actually. Ride it out. It doesn't last forever.

If you get tired of Basic Anxiety, try:

  • Work out for who is it that this feeling is intolerable?
  • Scan the body and work out precisely where these patternings are unfurling and moving.
  • See such feelings as the rich colours they are.
  • Is there a truth to this anxiety? Where are you clenching?
Or:
  • Punch a huge fucking hole in the wall.
