See whatever is happening as it doing you, rather than 'you' doing it. After this is inseen, the notion of a 'you' doing anything seems like a big joke.

You know, I have decided to speak after a couple of years having renounced a Buddhist phase of abiding by the dogma that speech should only improve on silence.
However, can one really trust the wisdom of someone who uses an emoticon?
Whatever you do, don't trust me.
Lao Tse said 'Those who know the Tao do not speak of it', before proceeding to write a whole treatise on it!
However, if this could be communicated somehow, perhaps the emoticon in its simplicity is the perfect pointer to what already is the case.
